1. Can I customize the shape of the stickers?

Yes, at Sticker Shock USA, we specialize in selling custom shape stickers. You have the option to upload your own design and create a unique sticker that suits your style. Choose from our shapes, or leave a comment if theres any special instructions!

2. How do I upload my own design?

To upload your own design, simply click on the "Upload" button on the product page. You will be prompted to select the file from your computer and our system will guide you through the rest of the process. 

3. What materials are the stickers made of?

Our stickers are made of high-quality vinyl material that is durable and weather-resistant. They are designed to withstand outdoor conditions and can be applied to various surfaces.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

The production time for custom stickers is typically 2-3 business days. After production, shipping times vary depending on your location. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Do you edit images?

At this time, we do not edit any images. Make sure your file that you upload is ready to print. If there are any issues with it, we will reach out and let you know! We do plan on adding this in the future for all customers. You can always email and ask any questions regarding an image before you upload. 

7. How are your shirts made?

We use various brands of cotton shirts to make your custom apparel. The process uses DTF (Direct to Film) printing and a heat press to apply your design. We do not screen print or sublimate any designs. This process allows us to put any color design on any color shirt with no problem and is a much faster process.

8. What is DTF (Direct to Film)?

DTF is a process where a layer of white ink is layed down behind an image, then coated with a special adhesive powder. This allows the image or design to be put on any color and almost any fabric type. This process is much faster than screen printing which allows us to process your order quickly!

9. What is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a process that prints directly on a sticky laminate. These Stickers are VERY sticky. They can and will peel the paint off of your car or wall if you are not careful. These have a long shelf life, and are super durable. With UV DTF being as sticky as advertised, it is advised that you practice applying one as a test to understand how to fully apply with no issue.
